Sherri Shepherd continues to demonstrate why Elisabeth Hasselbeck wasn’t so bad… Look, I’m not supporting or refuting the topic on The View today but she kind of upsets me. I was labelled a "tomboy" my whole life because I wanted to play sports and didn’t like "girly" stuff. It definitely did NOT make me a lesbian and the label made me feel like a weirdo. My husband had to wear these ridiculous costumes as a kid and he’s not gay either. Kids play with stuff and we get all bent out of shape about little boys who take an interest in clothing, toy kitchens and dolls but then they grow up to be men, and we women attack them for not being good at picking out clothes, cooking and being actively involved with their children. We can’t have it both ways…
