Simon Cowell is a Christina Aguilera fan

Being a fan of American Idol, I was reading something I found online about Idol judge, Simon Cowell. Of all the judges, he’s my favorite and I knew quite a bit about him, but I didn’t realize that he’s such a big Christina Aguilera fan.

He once told Esquire magazine that he believes that Christina‘s “Beautiful” is actually “one of the best pop records ever made”. He also went on to say that Christina herself is “an unbelievable talent”.

That’s really high praise. It’s great to have fans who love and admire you, but when you impress your peers in the music business, that’s saying something. Simon in particular is known for being nit-picky about music, so for him to call her an unbelievable talent is incredible.

And naturally, he’s completely right about her!
