Simon Miller to Star Alongside Hilary Duff on Gossip Girl

Simon Miller has signed on to guest star alongside Hilary Duff in the coming episodes of Gossip Girl.  Hilary is playing Olive Burke, famous actress and Simon will also be playing a famous actor and Olivia’s ex-boyfriend. He’ll be involved in a love triangle between Olivia and Dan Humphrey (played by Penn Badgley).

You’ll be able to catch Simon in the episodes ‘How to Succeed in Bassness‘ and ‘The Grandfather: Part II.’ Olivia and her ex both were the stars of a popular series of vampire movies and supposedly sparked up a romance, which didn’t go well.

Hilary will be appearing on six to seven episodes where she enrolls at NYU where she rooms with Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) and then starts to fall for Dan Humphrey and the triangle begins! Sounds like it’s going to be good!

Though Olivia and Dan share some kisses in the show, but Penn Badgely called filming the scenes an “unromantic experience” due to the distracting paparazzi who wouldn’t give it a rest.

Be sure to catch Hilary in her first episode of guest starring in Gossip Girl on the CW on October 5th.
