I missed it yesterday but I wanted to let you guys know that it’s “Sleep Week” on Live with Regis and Kelly. It’s perfect if you have ever suffered from insomnia since they will be talking with Dr. Nisha Aurora, the Director of the Mount Sinai Comprehensive Center for Sleep Medicine, about common complaints and solutions.
Some of the issues they address are:
- Are you sleepy/ tired during the day?
- Do you have trouble falling asleep?
- Do you have trouble staying asleep?
- Does your partner complain you’re snoring?
- Do you like to sleep late and then can’t get up in morning?
- Do you need to urinate frequently at night?
- Do you have un-refreshing/restless sleep?
I will be looking forward to some tips on liking to go to sleep and wake up later than most people. I’ve never been able to change that. I read on the Regis and Kelly site that it’s not necessary to fix this, which is a relief, so I’m thinking of changing my schedule to suit my natural sleep pattern.
