Slimebag Howard K. Stern is going to try for six percent of Anna Nicole’s estate

anna_nicole_smith.pngThis Howard K. Stern guy is just absolutely bound and determined to be the largest shitheel in the known world, isn’t he? Listen to this:

Howard K. Stern, the companion of Anna Nicole Smith and executor of her will, has filed court papers seeking 6 percent of whatever the model’s estate might recover from her late husband’s fortune.
Stern filed his creditor’s claim Oct. 18 in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing a contingent fee agreement on file in bankruptcy court.
Smith, who died in February Florida, was the widow of Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II. She had been fighting Marshall’s family for years over his estimated $500 million fortune.
Smith’s 13-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, stands to inherit any portion of the money that might have gone to her mother.
In the court filing, first reported by the Web site CelebTV.com, Stern specifies that his 6 percent payment “is conditioned upon recovery in the Marshall litigation.”
Stern also filed papers last week seeking to make Dannielynn the sole beneficiary of Smith’s estate, though the child is not mentioned in the will.

Can you believe the cajones on this asshat? This just adds more fuel to the fire that he was Anna’s murderer; he’s not entitled to any of her estate.

TRUE…but if HK$ was working on behalf on ANS then WHY HAS THIS TAKEN OVER 12 YEARS TO RESOLVE?? Sadly HK$ had “THOUGHTIES” about ANS…IMO I suspect that he MUST BE CHARGED WITH NEGLIGENCE {at least} for her death!

Slimbag is right. What a disgrace. It’s absolutely vile. I’m thrilled that, if the legal pundits are right, he’ll never see a cent of the Marshall fortune…

You’re not very bright, are you? If you had any sense you’d do a little research before you called someone a “slimebag”. You’d know that the 6% Howard’s filing for was part of the agreement made YEARS ago when Howard first represented Anna in that initial trial. The deal was, he wouldn’t get paid, but if the Marshall money ever came in, he, and two other lawyers also working the case, would each get 6% of whatever the Marshall estate paid off. THAT WAS THE AGREEMENT ALL ALONG.

So, as far as I’m concerned, YOU’RE the ASSHAT, for jumping to absurd conclusions without bothering to understand what Stern’s filing was all about.
