In this trailer, Davis Bloome transforms into Doomsday, killing his victims with a crushing blow to the skull. What does he want? Why does he kill? Clark suspects the killer is Davis, but can he stop him?
From the comics, we know Doomsday is an ancient Kryptonian, created before the more civilized advanced humanoid forms that were Kal El’s race. Doomsday was a creature brought to death, re-created and cloned over and over until the “ultimate lifeform” which is Doomsday, or the Ultimate. The brutality of his previous deaths were imprinted in his genes and he began hating all of life.
