Will a phantom zoner break Clark’s seeming invinsibility?

A nasty fight promoter sets up battles between Phantom Zoners and some prisoners. Lois Lane gets in the middle when she investigates. Also, a doctor performs a special task for Lex, a task which involves Lana, in exchange for a hefty payment. Lana experiences some pain associated with the baby while she and Lex are on the Luthorcorp jet. They make an emergency landing at a hospital in China. It sounds like Lana’s unborn baby could be in some serious danger… The Justice League has apparently been very busy (off-screen): They’ve taken down 8 out of the 12 33.1 facilities. Roles currently being cast in Vancouver include Dr. Raquedan, a Filipino nurse, a Luthorcorp executive, a Guard, a Prisoner, promoter Richter Maddox, “fighters” Titan, Solara, and Dragon, and Hackett. Clark and Chloe discover Titan (guest star Kane), a Zoner, is the star of a secret fight club whose bloody battles to the death are broadcast on the internet. Lois smells a story and decides to investigate on her own but is captured and forced to participate in the fights with Athena (guest star Ashley) as her first opponent. Clark reveals his powers so he can fight Titan but is stunned when he is thrown in the ring with Lois instead. Michael Rosenbaum, Kristin Kreuk, John Glover and Annette O’Toole also star. Some changes: The scene where Lana has pain associated with the baby has been moved from the Luthorcorp jet to the Luthor Mansion, we assume for budgetary purposes. Instead of going to a hospital in China she and Lex end up at the Smallville Medical Center. Writer/producer Steve DeKnight has confirmed the change of location in his Myspace blog.
