Look for any old Superman comics, and you will never find the character of Chloe Sullivan, played by Allison Mack.
She was totally created for Smallville, and her character grew to where fans totally love her!
Chloe is the girl-Friday of Clark Kent who gets trusted with his secrets and eventually becomes Green Arrow and company’s Watchtower. She’s the geek/newspaper reporter/computer hacker/all-around best friend of everyone and cousin to Lois Lane.
Smallville doesn’t follow the Superman mythology to the letter. But now it looks like DC may be taking its cue from Smallville.
Issue No. 674 of “Superman” will feature Chloe Sullivan.
“Chloe will join the Man of Steel’s universe. The comic-book Chloe will be an aspiring reporter and the cousin of Lois Lane — just like on the show. Unlike TV, however, she’ll be younger than Clark, she won’t know his secret and she will not be meteor-infected. “She’s the new intern at the ‘Daily Planet,’ fresh out of journalism school and itching to make a name for herself.”
