If there is one network that is ALWAYS doing something to keep itself busy and its viewers entertained, it’s Disney. So I thought I would stroll around and see what Disney and its stars are up and what future things are coming up. Here we go!
1. Superhero, Hayden Panettiere, who has done work for Disney moves such as “A Bug’s Life” and “Ice Princess“ is not a party girl! She says that people have her all wrong and even though she may sometimes indulge in a glass of champagne, she is more of a pizza and a movie kind of girl.
2. Probably one of the BEST dance movies of all time, Step Up, is creating its third installment called “Step Up 3-D“. Now that is a movie I will go to the theater to see!!
3. Escape to Witch Mountain’s re-make which is called “Race to Witch Mountain” has cast Dwayne Johnson and Carlo Gugino. Should be interesting…
4. Karen Hobson, spokeswoman for Disney, let us in on the fact that soon we will be able to watch Desperate Housewives for free over video-on-demand cable services. The viewers will have to watch short commercials, but hey…it’s free!
5. Kevin Jonas, one of the adorable Jonas Brothers, gives us a small shout out from the set of “Camp Rock“, a movie that we are impatiently waiting to air this summer!
6. Everyone is completely and totally excited about the fact that Miley Cyrus will be appearing on “Idol Gives Back” April 9th. I am excited about Miley, but I must say…I am also super excited about seeing Brad Pitt there. 
7. Disney-owned ABC studios signed Ugly Betty’s Silvio Horta to a two-year contract. It was reported that the deal was a “mid six figure” and that this will also give him an opportunity to take part in more projects for Disney.
Disney and its stars are busy, busy, busy. Just wait until all these new movies and projects come out. I am going to be one BUSY blogger girl!

Do you know if Disney is having any talent searches or auditions in FLORIDA? I would really like to know.

I’m not sure Katherine, but I will definitely keep an eye out for any info about that for you. It seems that most of them are done in the LA area or the city where they are filming a particular movie. I know every once and awhile they do nationwide talent searches. I’ll see if I can find out about any of those and if they are having one soon.
I can’t wait for Step Up 3. It’s going to be amazing!
