On last night’s season 6 finale of So You Think You Can Dance, we got to see some of the more impressive dance routines of the season and see some amazing guest performances. I started the evening with the high hopes that either Jakob or Russell would win. They were my two most favorite dancers this season. Jakob for his incredible technique, and Russell for being such an inspiration. I would be happy for either outcome.
As the evening went on, one by one, the dancers were told they did not win. Here are the dancers’ order of finishing this season:
- 6th place – Ryan
- 5th place – Ashleigh
- 4th place – Ellenore
- 3rd place – Kathryn
- 2nd place – Jakob
- Winner – Russell
I do think the audience got it right this season! I was very satisfied with the outcome! Now I’ve go to go score my tickets to the tour!! (I’ll post details about that soon!)

I know this is late but I am very happy that Russell won. I would’ve been okay with any of the top 4 winning but Russell always had that special something that I don’t think the other ppl had. Jakob was great as was Kathryn and Ellenore but I was rooting for Russell since the beginning.
