Solange Knowles arrived at the 5th Anniversary of Fashion Rocks in New York City. I just have one thing to ask: What the heck is she wearing?! Some people may like this dress, but personally I think the outfit was ghastly. I hated that feathery thing, and the dress did nothing for her. The wedge shoes were nice, though. Plus, her skin looked great. What did you think of the outfit?
