Sorry Warsaw – Britney Spears Poland show cancelled

Bad news today for Polish fans of Britney Spears – if you held tickets for the Circus show in Warsaw, you’re out of luck because a Polish promoter has cancelled the show.

The show was meant to take place on July 24th but was canned due to unnamed contractual problems that couldn’t be overcome. Britney has apologized to her loyal Polish fans on her official website.

It’s a shame that the show was cancelled, especially for the fans who must have been so excited and so eager to attend. It’s even more frustrating to not know what really happened behind the scenes for it to come to this. I doubt that it’s anything that Britney herself could have done about it if it came down to contracts.

Hopefully she’ll get back there soon!
