Spencer is Still a Tool

Spencer and Heidi attended the Maxim Super Bowl Party in Scottsdale, Arizona this weekend and Spencer proved that he’s not only Heidi’s number one fan, but the most annoying person alive:

As fiancée Heidi Montag strolled the red carpet, he trailed behind her, filming her on a video camera and blasting her new single, Higher, on a boom box he carried with him. Despite pleas from journalists and guests alike, he refused to turn it down until a TV reporter threatened to not interview Heidi unless he shut the music off. When Heidi begged him, as well, he finally did, but only “for 45 seconds!”

Of course, he then stood a few feet behind her and loudly counted out the time until he could blast the song (which will be released on Tuesday) once more.
