Teen Choice Awards '09Today, FOX announced the nominations for the 2009 Teen Choice awards.The "evil one" from I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here, Spencer Pratt has been nominated as the favorite TV villian. I would like to vote for him as the most annoying person on TV, but that’s just me… ;-)
