Donatella Versace was a Spice Girls fan back in the day. So when the oppurtunity arose that she could design the Spice Girls’ new tour cosutmes, she jumped at the chance.
And she is going big! The collection of outfits is expected to be worth over £200,000.
“Donatella was a big fan of the girls back in the day and as soon as she heard that a reunion was on the cards she submitted her ideas,” says a source.
“There will be several different looks for each of them.”
The news looks will reflect the girls’ original styles, but be updated for the new millennium to suit the girls’ new roles as wives and mums and the ever changing fashion trends.
“She wants the girls to retain their band personas but in a much less obvious way than before,” the source tells the Daily Mirror.
“Mel C won’t be wearing ill-fitting sportswear – instead she’ll have a really sexy wardrobe. Emma Bunton will wear stunning, elegant dresses with a playful touch.”
It sounds like like the girls are going to look goooooood.
