A new episode of My Own Worst Enemy, NBC’s new TV drama starring Christian Slater that received the ax last week by the network, will air at 9 p.m. CST Monday.
In “High Crimes and Turducken,” Edward (Slater) will risk national security to find out the identity of his parents’ killer. I don’t think Edward is going to like finding out that his parents’ death was just part of the plan.
Angie (Madchen Amick) prepares for bad news when her father Archie (Stephen McDonald Howard) comes to town for the holidays.
Tom (Mike O’Malley) rekindles his strained relationship with his wife Mary (Missy Yager) over a bourbon-fueled cooking session.
Henry (Slater) gets a bird’s eye view of Edward’s relationship with Dr. Norah Skinner (Saffron Burrows). I think he will be "waking" up at the wrong time again! Edward has been sleeping with Henry’s wife for a while, so it would be funny for Henry to get the same opportunity with Edward’s girl Norah (you’d have to watch the show to understand!).
From my understanding, NBC will air the remaining episodes of My Own Worst Enemy despite its cancellation order.
According to NBC’s schedule, here are the titles of the upcoming episodes: December 1, “Down Rio Way,” December 8, “Love In All The Wrong Places,” and December 15, “Henry and the Terrible Day.”
If you missed last week’s episode, “The Night Train to Moscow,” here’s a two-minute replay. More two-minute replays as well as full episodes are available on NBC’s website.
