The lovely Annie Clark and her stellar band aka St. Vincent played a free show at Castle Clinton. The beautiful weather helped make it a wonderful evening as they group played songs from last years’ Marry Me as well as some new pieces. Clark revealed some interesting tidbits, such as her love for TV show Arrested Development, which she said provided her the inspiration for her album title, which came from a popular phrase repeated on the show by the character Maeby. Her new material she said was inspired by Prince and provided a different, but welcome feel. More pictures after the jump!
