Though she’s reportedly heading to rehab soon, Stephanie Pratt seemed to be in good spirits (pun intended) as she arrived at Villa Blanca restaurant for a party last night. There’s no word yet about when the “Hills” star will voluntarily to check herself into a rehab to avoid jail time for drunk driving.
