In the next episode of Stylista, the new reality series from The CW, one contestant goes to the emergency room, contestants are asked to find a "hidden gem" in town to feature in Elle magazine, and more importantly, tensions rise and tempers flare in the house.
In the pilot episode Wednesday, the 11 fashionistas vying for a junior editor spot at Elle were cut to 10 when Arnaldo was cut for not taking enough risks with his wardrobe.
This week on episode 1.02 ("Hidden Gems"), Megan and Kate will argue even more. But not everyone will let Megan walk over them. Ashlie will show her that not everyone will bow to her wishes.
For the assistant challenge, the contestants are asked to dress mannequins for Elle editor Anne Slowey using specific fashion points and while some are clearly capable, others fall very short (watch the video clip of Kate and her mannequin). They are even given fashion dictionaries, but it doesn’t appear anyone actually uses them.
