Survivor: Micronesia - Two Leave the Game

Tonight’s Survivor: Micronesia was all about the injuries. The drama of the challenges were overpowered by the drama of the medical emergencies.

Jonathan was told to see the medic about the cut on his knee and the medic told him that it was infected, filled with pus and was spreading. He was told that if he didn’t have surgery and IV antibiotics, he could lose his leg, or maybe even die. So, in tears, Jonathan left the game. (The word is that he has fully recovered, thank goodness.)

Interestingly, everyone is expecting Ozzy to have the Immunity Idol (which h does) so the effectiveness of it may be minimal.

The decoy Idol was found, but isn’t that convincing looking, so it will be interesting to see if it is used at all.

Then, Chet announced to his tribe that the cut on his foot was infected and that he wanted them to vote him out so he could get medical treatment for it. The tribe obliged and Chet was voted out of Survivor.

This has truly been the most brutal season of challenges ever. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the season plays out.
