Susan Lucci (Erica Kane, AMC) looked elegantly refreshing in her Carlos Miele teal blue strapless dress. The petite actress looks tall in her long gown. Didn’t see her shoes but I’m guessing it was almost 4 inches :) .

Susan Lucci presented the Lead Actor award in which Anthony Geary from General Hospital won. :)
