TA DA! Mischa Barton arrested for DUI!

Well, this is a belated Christmas present from Saint Nick: Mischa Barton done went and got herself arrested for DUI. And not just ANY DUI, mind you…..listen to this:

Mischa Barton has been arrested on suspicion of DUI, possession of narcotics and driving on a suspended license. The former “O.C.” star was pulled over early this morning around 2:45 AM as she was driving in West Hollywood, Calif., and is still in custody, being held on $10,000 bail. The L.A. County Sheriffs’ Inmate Information website called her “Mischa Burton.”

Oh, there’s nothing quite like an arrest to make your Christmas complete, right? All she needs now is a couple babies on her arm, a shaved head, and an umbrella to make the transition complete.
