Teen Mom Amber Portwood is in Even More Trouble

Poor Teen Mom 2 girls. With their second season just getting started all the headlines should be about them, but the girls of the original Teen Mom keep stealing the spotlight. Catelynn Lowell recently announced she and Tyler have set a wedding date, and Amber Portwood keeps getting closer to serving some jail time. Amber is already facing two years in jail for violating the terms of her probation, and now there’s reports that she rear-ended a car this past Thursday.

Though the police are claiming the crash was Amber’s fault for following too closely, Amber’s holding that the driver stopped too quickly. I’m sure she’d also like to add the driver’s car was so shiny it distracted her, his bumper sticker made her angry, and she had a baby in high school, no one has any idea what she’s going through.

I really thought I was done watching Teen Mom, and was ready to boycott a potential fourth season, which at this point would have to be renamed Moms in Their Early Twenties, but they have so much more great material to work with they have to keep going, and I’ll be setting my DVR for whatever new episodes they put out.
