Casting directors for ABC’s The Bachelor and The Bachelorette this week notified media outlets in the Lake Tahoe area to help find the next Travis and Sarah or Trista and Ryan.
The Tahoe area is a focal point for the search.

A serious commitment is a must, as the chosen applicant will have to give up six to eight weeks of their life to film in an exotic, romantic location.

This season will be the ninth installment of The Bachelor and applications are due August 17.
Sometime in the next few months Kass said there could be an open casting call in the Tahoe area for people interested in applying to become the next Bachelor or Bachelorette as well as one of their suitors.
