US magazine has done a wee little expose on the sad background of Britney Spears: let me tell you, this kind of explains a lot. Here’s the highlights:
The “virgin” image Spears portrayed was, in his words, a “PR blitz.” In fact, Us reports in its new issue that Spears lost her virginity at 14 to boyfriend Reg Jones, and that she and Justin Timberlake were intimate from the beginning.

Spears’ paternal grandmother, Emma Jean Spears, in June 1966 committed suicide at age 31. Britney’s grandmother, who suffered from depression, shot herself in the chest with a shotgun at the grave of her infant son who had died eight years earlier just three days after being born.
A local newspaper article obtained by Us reported at the time: “The shotgun had been pressed against the woman’s chest and she apparently pulled the trigger with a toe of the right foot from which a shoe had been removed.” The newspaper reported that Emma Jean had attempted suicide three times before.
Emma Jean Spears left behind four other children, including Britney’s father, Jamie Spears, then an eighth grader. Two of Jamie Spears’ brothers ended up with criminal records and homeless.
GAWD. This is so sordid, isn’t it?
well al i could say is that things happen for a reason …and people should not be judge others because is a bad things to do.i think you should thing forword in life and just leave the past behind and what ever happen between the spears family is their bussiness no-one should be saying word that are not formal,,so just all i could brtiney spears is ignore everyone,and everything that people have to say about her or her family…britney you have two beautifull children to loock up for ….and i’m sure taht you are a GOOD MOM……AND TO THOSE WHO CRITIC SO MUCH “HEY EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES”!!!
wel she should take responsiblity 4 her bloody actions n look after her 2 little boys every child needs their mother, way shes goin she wont have them much longer. She can only blame herself the way she is now no1 else!!
jamie and lynn are friends to major drug smoke KFED-who is a total loser. Britney had no choice but to divorce the lose. Now they want money and more money. Can a Judge put them on 5250 hold as they can;t feed themself, work or have a home, so they meet the critieria.
Just get jame and Lynn out as they need to be on 5150 hold as well. This is just one messed up family and they should have no access to Britney, This is just a way they can make money

Not all of us were born with an emotional silver spoon, but only the strong can overcome adversity. Most truly successful people have come from troubled backgrounds. It only makes us more determined to succeed. Never judge others, for you don’t know what’s just around the corner. There is no perfect world! God Bless.

This is rediculous. I think the public has gone way too far. If this was there family, they would back off. Have some respect. Famous people are just people like you and I and none of this stuff is really anybody’s business ….its just mean stuff that somebody thinks is entertainment. If people would stop loving to hear bad news about people, the press would have to commit to telling other stories of greater help and knowledge.

It is so sad, but Brittney is not alone. There are millions struggling with major issues. In this great USA, Where is the real help or assistance program. We are still so barbaric in how we treat people with depression, Manic disorders, addictions, etc. Just like not so long ago we put people with TB in institutions. It is really sad that the only alternative is jail and negative publicity.

God has a plan even for Britney Spears
What happened to her familly is very sad. Be thankful that you don’t have such burden on you and family.How would you feel if somebody exposed your personal life and secrets on the net
I never really liked brit and I thought she was just trashy but after reading about her grandmother, depression does run in the blood (it does in my family 2) and this is where her real loved ones need 2 step up and intervene even if she doesn’t want it. I had a friend that was just as normal as any of us and just 2 months ago she hung herself leaving a 4 and 5 year old motherless…. so REAL friends and family of brit please help
