There are two ways to looking at the current earnings of THE EYE when looking at the stats for the first two days. One way presented by many media outlets today is to say that Hanna Montana 3D ‘killed’ THE EYE and the other way is that THE EYE has been doing pretty good making $13Million in its first 2 days.
My question is should the two movies really be compared? I mean you have Hanna Montana selling out for this weekend weeks ago and millions of little girls across the country have been waiting to see this movie forever so should we really be comparing? What do you think?
Gilad, you should not compare those two movies because like you said a lot of little girls and wanted to see this movie. but remember those little girls have to go with their parents doubling the box office gross.
