This is a sad day.
One of the best sites on the Web, the Harry Potter Lexicon, has been taken down and will not be posted again due to the judge’s ruling yesterday.
While I somewhat agree with the ruling (VERY somewhat), I wish that the site had not been taken down. It was one of the best Harry Potter resources on the Web; heck, even JK Rowling herself used it from time to time to double-check her facts!
I’m hoping that the Lexicon will return, but I think that it’s gone for good.
All the content’s been gone for a good while… it’s just the front page that’s visually gone now because it’s been parked… [and I agree with the ruling =P][though I think him starting a new HP related book so soon is really silly]

well the guy was an idiot to try to publish it in the first place, cmon, use your brains, but i wish the website was still up. its so handy for writing fanfics. ah well. il’l survive
