Last night The Hills was all about saying goodbye to Whitney and saying hello to Mr. and Mrs. Pratt. That’s right, we finally got to see how the super secret Cabo San Lucas wedding went down and judging from what I saw a lot of tequila shots went down before the actual ceremony.
Here’s what happened:
Speidi arrives in Mexico. Spencer has a whole bunch of facial hair going on.
Whitney gets the Diane Von Furstenburg job. Surprise, surprise.
Heidi brings Spencer champagne in a bikini and high heels. I somehow feel as though I shouldn’t be watching this.
Spencer’s sister Stephanie arrives at Audrina’s house to tell her that Heidi and Spencer have gone missing. Justin Bobby, the king of the disappearing act, offers this advice. “You should put up some signs.” He only had one line this episode but man is it a good one.
Heidi and Spence are drinking at night in Mexico. Spencer starts off the convo by saying, “Are you even going to remember this conversation tomorrow? I know how you are after a little Patron.” Then when Heidi appears to be good and drunk ie. screaming aribba and chair dancing, he proposes a Mexican wedding. Heidi says, “OK.”
Everyone is at Whitney’s going away party which gets pretty teary. Her parents give her a really cute toast.
Spencer and Heidi are still talking about themselves. Heidi delivers the worst line of the show. “I’ll show you what a wife does.”
Whitney and LC have a private teary goodbye during which Whitney reveals her biggest fear about living in New York, grocery shopping. She wonders aloud if she’ll take a cab to the grocery store or perhaps buy a bike with a basket.
Spencer and Heidi are in their hotel room. Apparently it’s the morning after the night ofvPatron shots but sometime between then and now they’ve managed to tie the knot. But don’t worry, Spencer has footage of the occasion which he plays back on his video camera. The wedding took place during the day which is suspicious. Heidi looks worried about the fall-out she’s going to face back in LA.
“Mr and Mrs Pratt” leave their hotel to head home. Whitney’s at the airport leaving for New York. Credits roll.
