Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, and the Jolie-Pitt kids are taking a bite out of the Big Apple. The whole family is in New York City so Brad can hit the studio for a reading of his new movie, Burn After Reading.
Earlier this morning the family visited Lee’s Art Store. Brad took hold of Pax and Maddox while Angie carried Zahara. They exited to applause from fans, then went to buy some hot dogs from a street vendor.
No sign of Shiloh, but if they’re lucky, she may still be taking two good naps every day (I say lucky because my own toddler only naps about half an hour per day, sigh), so she’s likely napping.

and wow! pax just got a dozen of new robots (or car toys?) bet he’ll take them everywhere and everytime. that’s just what kids do with their new toys. *lol*
To Susan: how many times can they realistically drive away if they see paps where they want to go? It can’t be done every singe time otherwise they would go nowhere.
The impresssion I get is that they are very hounded, every move they make is monitored. Is the better option to do nothing at all and stay away or continue to have a life and do things with your kids. Watching the video I like the fact that Angie does not respond or hang around for pictures she just gets her kids in and out as quickly as she can.
I also like seeing Brad taking the lead and speaking to the paps about taking the pics etc. There is a great video on TMZ where he is asking them to use the long lens because of the kids. And the paps agree. It is clear that they regard the paps as a fact of life and they just find a way to co-exist and work around them.
In response to Susan, I don’t think that they call the paps to show up whereever they go, I think they just live their lives as best they can in the limelight.

Your points are valid but the sugestion that the paps are tipped off is wrong.
You should watch the video again, you will see that the paps were in cars and one on a cycle. It doesn’t take much of a leap to realise that they were followed from their place of origin.
I read an article from a reporter in Chicago who spent the day with the paps. They have connections and they keep intouch with each other all the time, to the extent of running red lights in order to keep up.
The idea that they should keep driving is sooo wrong. Would you want them to keep the kids in doors all the time?? Because that’s what they will have to do to avoid this craziness.
The best thing they could do, which they are doing is to try and live as normal a life as they can inspite of the craziness that follows them.

i’m happy when i see you’re thinking about what i said and about papz problem… i agree with KC, when we look at the video we see that their life is stressful and when i looked at this (when they left lee art strore), i was shocked to see how the people follow them until the car…
I think we do all need to have a think about how much we enjoy seeing what are basically fairly invasive pictures. But I also wonder why they didn’t just drive on by when they saw how many papz were waiting for them. I don’t want to be having these doubts, but I do wonder why they allow this to happen so often.
Does anybody Know what ´s the story behind the new ring Angie is wearing in her right hand , she used to wear another one and now i see it´s gone and she is wearing this new one .

to linda: i understand what you said because i love too see those pictures but i think we have to do some effort to don’t look at those.
to jenny: angelina n’est peut-être pas parfaite (je n’ai jamais dit qu’elle l’était et de toute manière personne n’est parfait) mais je pense qu’elle a le droit, tout comme les autres célébrités, à avoir un peu de calme et de repos avec sa famille. quand ils sont à new-york, ok, c’est “normal” qu’ils soient suivis, car c’est une ville très médiatique, mais je trouve scandaleux de voir que même le jour de l’anniversaire de maddox ils n’étaient pas seuls. c’est un manque de respect de les déranger, de troubler la fête un jour comme celui-là. maintenant je peux comprendre que les gens aiment les voir en photos, car c’est une famille magnifique, ils sont adorables et semblent si unis.
je n’ai pas la prétention de dire que je connais angie, je ne sais rien d’elle.
toi qui la connait, quels défauts a-t-elle donc qui ne la rendent pas parfaite?

I don’t think they are doing that, they are of course concern about the kids welfare, papz have so many connections & they always work in tandems & a lot more, they usually stake the place where they think they will be.
Gena, thanks for the information about the bodyguards. It’s not even 6 months since I started checking Brangelina blogs & get so interested to this couple, I became a fan not so long ago, a lot of my co-workers are also fans of them. During lunch time, we talked about them a lot, discuss the tabloids cover & depend them. I told them to check JJ & Pittwatch.com for the truth. I really like them. They are so beautiful together.
I love this couple too, but I have to say I wonder how the paparazzi know to turn up and wait for them to arrive at the store. Other celebs let them know in advance – could Brangie possibly be doing this? I sure hope not because this can’t be good for the kids.
After seeing the video, I am conflicted about the issue raised by the last poster.
I very much enjoy this site, and I love getting the news and seeing the pictures of brad/angelina and the kids. But the video shows how really stressful the whole experience is for them.
I feel very sympathetic toward them as parents having to protect their children and explain all the madness to them. It makes me admire them all the more.

Je viens de voir que tu étais belge je suis bilingue bref je disais que tu ne les connaissais pas et je pense que tu les mets un peu trop sur un pied d’estale alors que la realité peut être tout autre car lorsque tu fais tant d’éloge concernant angie je ne suis pas sûre que tu sais vraiment de quoi tu parles et si je me permet de te dire ça c’est parce que j’ai cotoyais et je continue d’ailleurs à voir ce couple et angie n’est pas aussi “parfaite” que tu as l’air de le penser ! Awww =] It’s always nice to see them enjoying family time. But sometimes I do wish some alone time for Brad and Angie to relax. Expecially Brad he looks awful.

No matter how we hate what the paparazzi’s are doing specially with Brad and Angie and family, we are glad or happy to see their pictures, see or know what they’re doing constantly, since they are celebrities and we are fans. This is the only time alot of us sees them, when there are pictures. We are avid fans, whether we admit or not, and we always crave to see them even if it’s just through pictures and unfortunately it’s these relentless paparazzis who’s given us these satisfaction.
i just want to ask you ALL a question…. don’t you think that if you didn’t see at all this beautiful pictures, maybe paparazzi would leave them alone?????? (i don’t know if you understand what i want to say ’cause i’m a belgian, so i don’t really good speak english) i just think that if you loved them, you didn’t look at this pictures… if nobody look at those, papparazzi wouldn’t be!!!! i love this familly, they are all beautifull and cute, but the best thing for them is to be alone with the kids, and not with a thousand paparazzi or fans back of them! I just want that you think what angie wants more in her life: be alone with her kids and brad in safety and not with stress, or be with a lot of people around her and his familly??? they could never be quiet, or in intimity cause of medias. and every weeks, they see a lot of horrors in the magazines about their couple, their health, their kids… i don’t think it’s a good thing for them. they deserve to have happiness so please, leave them alone!
i thank you for attention and i hope this message wouldn’t hurt you but i admire angie and she’s a person, a mom before being a superstar, and she merits the best for her and her familly.
