Miley Cyrus was slightly surprised by a fan’s request yesterday while she was out shopping with her mom and sis, Noah.
While in the midst of her shopping excursion, Miley was “amazed when asked by 25-year-old fan Melissa Burech to sign her body so that it could be tattooed later on that day.”
Apparently, Melissa does this quite frequently and is known as a girl who gets celebs signatures tattooed on her body.
What do you think?!? I’m not so sure I would have autographed her arm!

Yeah, I think it’s a little strange!! I mean, what if Miley (or someone else) does something horrible and now the girl has that tattoo on her arm ?!?!
