The Veronicas are on the verge of signing up for their own MTV reality TV series. The documentary-style show will be a behind-the-scenes look at the Aussie twins’ international rise.
“I can’t say too much about it but if we do it we’d have to make it our way,” Lisa Origliasso told The Daily Telegraph. “We are not interested in doing some crappy staged thing just to get ourselves on TV. We have to be into it and it has to be a genuine reflection of our lives and who we are.”
The timing couldn’t be more perfect, with the girls kicking off the American leg of their Revenge is Sweeter tour in New York tomorrow.
But the United States isn’t the only nation in love with our dynamic duo. They nabbed the number 8 spot on the UK pop charts with “Untouched” this week.

Here is the problem with their goal of not doing some “crappy scripted” reality show…
If they are doing it with MTV – it’s going to be scripted. MTV is the worst thing to ever happen to TV or music and I really can’t name any music careers that they have helped launched in the past 5 or so years? Danity Kane? Maybe.
But they kill whatever they put their hands on. The Veronicas should stay away!
