Dear,Sir My name is Richard Barwick and this is my story, it began in 95 or 96 I had lost custody of children due to the fact that it was hard for me to keep a job and a stable place to live,now 2 of my children are over 18 and I would love to find them,I have a new Family and want them to be a part of it if they will.I have got to know what they really think about me,and to know how they are, and let them know I have tried everything I know to do I have looked on the Internet and posted myself on reunion.com and still could not find them, if i cannot see them again atleast let them know that I love them very much and miss them more than life itself. I don’t get a chance to watch your show much , me and wife both work and I cannot afford to hire anyone to find them for me so I wrote you, my oldest is Carla Maria Nesselquest birth name is Barwick and second is Richard Lavon Barwick JR. the last time I had seen them was DHR in Birmingham Alabama. I was watching tv this morning and saw a Montel show on Dangers in the Neighborhood. I lived with a sex offender for a year. I did not know that he was a sex offender at the time while I was living with him. He still lives in the same location. It is across the street from a school and a park. I caught him a couple of times looking out the window at the little girls practicing cheerleading and was wondering why so I decided to look him up on the internet and found out that he was a sexual preditor. When I found this out I was immediately scared for everyone around him and for myself. I moved immediately and want to know how I can let everyone know that he lives there. The apartment complex that he lives in has a rule that no known felons are allowed to be living there so I told them of his offense. They informed me that they would take care of the problem, however he is still living there. There are children all over that complex and with the school and park right there it really scares me. I would like to see him forced to move from that are however in the town I live in there is really no place to move that you are not close to a park or school. Oklahoma has a law that a sex offender is not to be living within 2000 feet of a school or park. That is measured from the front door of the school to the front door of the offenders home. I am scared that he will offend again and I do not want that on my concious that I could have prevented someone from getting hurt and scared for the rest of their life.
