Although it turned out that Mandy and Jeremy’s love wasn’t quite so “everlasting,” “An Everlasting Love” is still a pretty good title for this episode. Medium gave us a twisted love story this week, between two people who were pretty twistedly perfect for each other.
You may know “Everlasting Love” as that song that’s been in every romantic comedy ever made. The original version, by Robert Knight, was released in 1967, the same year that “Happy Together,” another song used in this episode, was released. While the Knight version of this song was successful, it’s been covered by several other groups. First, here’s the original:
