It’s Friday and, if you’re like me, you enjoy having a nice leisurely breakfast on the weekend. There’s nothing wrong with the food I eat during the week but I do like to wake up late and have a meal that blends somewhere between breakfast and lunch.
The Today show aired a segment filled with interesting ideas for making a delicious brunch with a twist. One complaint I have is that making all of my favorite weekend foods takes a lot of time but these tips seem to make the process easier and faster.
