I wrote earlier this month that Todd Lowe (Zack on Gilmore Girls) had a single guest episode in HBOs new vampire series True Blood. Hollywood Reporter is now indicating that Todd will become a series regular.
True Blood was given a full season and renewal early on, which is unusual for television. The news has it that Todd Lowe will become a series regular in the 2nd season of the show, and that he will also appear in the first season finale later this fall (a second episode for him this season).
Other guest stars of True Blood being picked up for full season credits next season are Mehcad Brooks, Deborah Ann Woll and Michelle Forbes.
Todd Lowe appeared in episode 2 of True Blood as Terry Bellefleur. Terry is 2nd cousin to Andy, detective in the series. He’s supposed to be a war veteran, and is much younger on the HBO show than in the book series. He sometimes bartends at Merlotte’s, which is where we met him briefly in episode 2.

I watched it but somehow missed him in there, and couldn’t find a single video segment with him in it. If you find one, do drop the link! I’d love to share it.
He was also in the 3rd episode. Haven’t watched the 4th yet, but since he’s employed at the bar, I would think he would show up regularly this season as well.
