I don’t remember any footage of Tom requesting that the man be arrested. I remember him calling him a jerk. I was there in person and he was not arrested at that time. It was later that I heard in the papers that he was arrested and released at Cruise’s request. No one said that he Tom had had him arrested. In the UK, what that guy did is a minor assault so he can be charged and penalised from caution to comunity service to a six month jail term.

At least I know your sources. I was there, I was in the UK, Cruise asked the man why he did it, he said it was a practical joke. He was arrested and the charges were dropped on Cruise’s request.
