Tom Cruise, film director Bryan Singer, and writer and producer Christopher McQuarrie attended a red carpet event for their new movie "Valkyrie" at the COEX Megabox Cinema in Seoul on January 18, 2009. It’s been 7 years since Tom has visited Seoul and he has quite the fan base there.
Tom and Bryan are reportedly staying for three days in Seoul and Korea is the only Asian country they will visit during their world tour.
Fans lined the red carpet at the premiere and were going nuts trying to get pictures, autographs, a handshake or whatever they could from Tom. The whole scene looked incredibly overwhelming.
There’s an interesting interview that Tom Cruise did with the press in Seoul, which is taking the internet by storm. Here’s the quote everyone is talking about:
"I always wanted to kill Hitler, I hated him," Cruise told the press.
"As a child studying history and looking at documents, I wondered, why didn’t someone stand up and try to stop it? When I read the script, it was entertaining and informative to know what the challenges were and what it was like to be in the environment.”

I like to see him spending time amongst his die-hard fans. I will give TC that….he sure does know how to walk the carpet and give his time to his adoring fans….some stars will not sign autographs but he signs alot so I respect that about him.
Tom is looking very hot in the top picture. I have always been his fanatic fans. He was in Singapore years ago with penelope promoting Vanilla Sky. And he was looking very hot. Many of us in asia are die hard fan of him. You rock tom!!! yea,,,,
