We all know that the world watches what not only Katie Holmes is wearing, but hers and Tom’s little daughter Suri Cruise as well.
The little girl has become a fashion icon at the age of 2.
Tom Cruise was asked what he thinks about the whole thing. He reportedly told The Sun, "It’s very flattering that people want to copy Suri’s clothes and the way she dresses.
"It does feel strange but you have to kind of go ‘it is what it is’.
"Of course we all think our children are incredible and I feel that way about all three of our kids."

Gee, that comment bothers me a little.
I love Katie but she’s not Tom’s older kids Mom. She’s their stepmom, which I do believe is a huge roll to take on and she seems to be doing very well. This next comment takes nothing away from Katie who seems to love her stepkids dearly.
I guess a comment like that just hits me as a slight from Tom toward Nicole Kidman who is Isabella and Conner’s actual Mother. It’s as if he decided they’re Katie’s kids and not Nicole’s which seems cruel to me, especially when it’s said publicly. If he felt that way privately, for whatever reason, that’s certainly his business, but to say something like that on the record doesn’t feel right.
Just my opinion and something I, personally, don’t like hearing from Tom.
I think Suri is adorable, but to copy her clothes, I think those moms have issues.
Who is he referring to in regards to the copying of Suri’s clothes? Although bloggers routinely advertise for the designers, I didn’t know there were copycats out there. LOL.
I can’t see how else he can refer to Connor and Bella except as our kids paticularly when he mentions the three of them , Katie calls them our children too, don’t think that takes away from Nicole, everyone knows she is their mum.
Wow, I just noticed Charlotte’s message. I think the word “our” doesn’t necessarily mean Katie and he. In this context, I think it could easily be interpreted as he and Katie for Suri, and he and Nicole for Connor and Bella. The world knows Nicole is their mother so it would be ridiculous of him to shun her publicly. The vague statement he made about Nicole after their separation did not help his public image so to keep with the same old games would be silly.
I dont think Tom meant it to belittle Nicole’s role as the mom. What if he had said, “my” he would get criticized for that too.

tyler there was an entire piece on how mom’s copying suri’s outfits, it actually creeped me out. No wonder kids are so messed up, at 2 their moms are telling them to copy some celebrity kid….

I read Suri was the inspiration behind a top Brazillian childrens brand of clothes for their 2009 collection, and the designer personally delivered a dress from the collection to Katie at the hotel they were staying at in Rio.
