Tom Cruise Will Always Love His “Days of Thunder” Days

It looked like Tom Cruise, Connor Cruise and Katie’s dad, Martin Holmes had a great time at the Daytona 500 this weekend. Tom got to sit in the car from his 1990’s movie “Days of Thunder”.

Tom recently said that he will always cherish his track days from the time he filmed the racing movie. Why? Because he was able to cruise to speeds of 200 miles per hour.

He says that he’ll always have a soft spot for “Days of Thunder”.

Tom said, "My personal Daytona was getting up close to 200 miles per hour (and) personally driving around the track one afternoon. Having that opportunity to drive those cars on the track and meet those drivers… I loved it."
