Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise and Connor Cruise arrived at Capitol Hill today (May 25) for the Memorial Day Concert. Tom waved to the crowd as they walked by.

Tom looked great in his light colored suit and Connor in his dark one. I haven’t been able to get a real good look at Katie’s dress yet, but it looks like it has a pattern and some ruffling on the bottom. She looks beautiful!
Here’s a short explanation of Katie and Dianne Weist’s involvement in the concert:
Katie Holmes and Dianne West helped re-enact the experiences of Staff Sergeant Jose Pequeno a soldier from New Hampshire. The former Sugar Hill Police Chief suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2006. His mother Nellie and sister Elizabeth were in the audience with Jose on Sunday, and their sacrifices were also recognized. At a private reception following the conter, New Hampshire Supreme Court Chief Justice John Broderick presented Sgt. Pequeno with a commendation signed by Governor Lynch and top lawmakers praising his service and his sacrifice.
I just watched the video clip of Katie and Dianne and I thought their re-enactment was extremely moving. I can’t imagine what it felt like to be in the audience hearing and seeing this. At the end, Katie and Dianne hugged the family (who was in tears). What a great way to honor this young man.

Katie did a great job
I found it incredibly moving, I bawled my eyes out.
I have not watched the clip because my computer has problems but I am glad Katie did this. She looks very nice too. Connor is just too dashing like his dad.
wat a beautiful re-enactment. i was getting goosebump. really its wonderful.. u actually start crying jus by hearing story,jus image how touching it would have be,if we would have seen him in real him..

riveting performance and what a courageous soldier with his loving and wonderful family. Blessings to him and his loved ones.
I haven’t seen the actual show but the clips here are certainly moving. The Pequeno story is a very moving one and Katie and Dianne did a good job from what I could see.
I think her dress was appropriate for the occasion but I wish Tom would have worn a dark suit and a tie for this somber occasion. Connor looks wonderful. No tie is appropriate for such a young man (Tom is not a young man – he should have been dressed more appropriately IMHO) and I love he dark suit on him. He’s a handsome kid!

Where is Bella lately? I hope she is at least spending some time with her mom and baby sister since she seems to MIA from being with her dad and step mom.
I was wondering about Isabella too What?!!
Perhaps she’s with her Mother, but you are right. She seems to be MIA for quite some time now. I wonder if she’s in boarding school or something?
I was also curious about Isabella. I hope she hasn’t been shipped off to that youth training camp and that she is with her mom.
I just missed the performance on this show, so was glad to see it on youtube. (Thank God for Youtube–I live on it..lol)
This was an extremely moving presentation and I thought Katie and Dianne did a wonderful job. Amazing really. I was quite moved. I would love to see Katie in a new tv show. I thought both Tom and Connor looked very good too.

Isabella was seen at Suri’s birthday party last month, so it hasn’t been “missing” that long.

Connor was gaining a lot of weight last year but
look at him now. He has LOST WEIGHT and he
looks GREAT! Good for him.
It has been stated that Isabella doesn’t like the limelight that much, so she may opt out of such public situations if she can. Connor, on the other hand, wants to be an actor, so he more comfortable in the spotlight. I hope that she hanging out with her mom and new baby sister.
Does anyone know anything about this? What about his other so-called projects that he is working on? I would think with everything announced and listed in production on his imbd page, he would not have time to go to Australia.
