Celebamour is covering Star magazine’s tackiest celebrity couple poll. She has this to say:
Oh, I know, I know, Tom is hardly acting his age and this whole buying sonogram and scientology birth thing is wierd, but wierd and tacky are two different things in my book.
And we couldn’t agree more. Tom is weird, but weird is good, normal is boring and doesn’t make for good celebrity watching. And the guy is constantly taken to task over speaking out against the doping up of our society with psychiatric drugs. Are you kidding me? In a day and age when there is prozac for dogs and mint flavored prozac for kids, critisizing a pharmacuetical industry that lobbies to make up diagnosises and get them added to the DSM just because they’ve invented and patented a drug for it is not tacky. Its ballsy. Especially in pills-to-the-walls Hollywood. And Katie, well, she’s cute and they make a great couple, so maybe she’s a little too into this whole Donna Reid, no career, just family thing. But since when is raising your child and not passing it off to a nanny a bad thing? Give me a break. And so what they bought a sonogram, he’s a concerned and excited father, if a little misguided. And yes, all men should be jumping on couches celebrating their women, or significant other of whatever sex. Being in love is fun. (and yes we believed them) So TomKat, we’re in your corner. Just don’t shove that mind-mooshing scientology crap in our faces.
I have a feeling that Katie will be shoving that scientology crap right back in his face once she trys to give birth the scientology way.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t it that the mother is not allowed to make noise during birth?
