Tony Oller, who stars in the Disney Channel’s “As the Bell Rings” has posted to his MySpace page that he has auditioned for High School Musical 3. What part did he audition for? Jimmie “The Rocket” Soto. Tony finds out March 12th if he got the part!
Here’s what he had to say about it:
“I hope I don’t jinx myself but I just wanted to say that i auditioned for HSM3. 
It’s for a new character called Jimmie “The Rocket” Soto! I went to LA last week and I made it through all the rounds of auditions and got to screen test! I am really excited because I did my best and the whole thing was fun not nerve wracking like usual so I have pretty good feelings about it. Getting to screen test was like a really cool birthday present. I was actually still sick when we flew on the plane so that stunk but I felt good by the end of the week. I met some really nice kids and all tbe Disney people were awesome. Kenny Ortega is da bomb!”
Well Tony, Disney Society wishes you the best of luck! I think he would be perfect for the part. What do you think? Should Kenny Ortega cast Tony Oller as Jimmie “The Rocket” Soto?
