I know that I’m not the only girl out there who thinks vampires can be totally sexy.
Even when super creepy and evil, there is something sultry, sexy and mysterious about them. Right now we are seeing a vampire overload in pop culture. True Blood, Twilight and The Vampire Diaries are just a few vampy dramas making headlines today.
But, vampires have been around since the beginning of film. So it got me thinking. Who are the Top Ten Sexiest Vampires of all Time?

Number 10: Stephen Moyer of True Blood. The man is definitely easy on the eyes, but I like him less when he’s drooling over Sookie. I like my vampires mean and scary! Like my number 9 pick.

Number 9: Tom Cruise in Interview with the Vampire. He was mean, creepy and totally scary. A huge departure from how we’re used to seeing Tom Cruise.
Number 8: Stephen Dorff in Blade. I’ve never actually seen the film but Stephen Dorff is hot, so he had to make my list.
Number 7: Gary Oldman in Dracula. Gary Oldman captured the essence of a true vampire in Dracula. Definitely creepy and not conventionally sexy, Oldman was truly captivating in the role.
Number 6: Kiefer Sutherland in The Lost Boys. One of the ultimate flicks of the eighties, Kiefer brought a new twist to the vampire, adding a punky, teenaged-angst edge.
Number 5: Wesley Snipes in Blade. So, I know he’s only half vampire in the film, but there’s no denying that Wesley Snipes rocked his character in the title role.
Stuart Townsend in The Queen of the Damned. Stuart was sultry and mysterious in the movie.
Robert Pattinson in Twilight. Robert Pattinson brought vampire Edward Cullen to an iconic status. But, he’s still not the hottest vampire ever.
Brad Pitt in Interview with the Vampire. Who could forget Brad Pitt’s performance as a conflicted vampire with a conscience? Not me. Definitely a sexy vampire, but not sexier than my number one! Drumroll please…
Alex Skarsgard in True Blood. Okay, I guess you all saw this coming, but is there any vampire hotter than Eric Northman? Nope, I defintiely do not think so. Just look at him and if you’re still not sold then I advise you to tune into True Blood… Now! You’re welcome.

Where’s Spike from Buffy?? And Angel too, although I would have voted for Spike over Angel any day!
