With the holidays coming up, it’s important to have many recipes in your arsenal. You never know when your company holiday party will magically turn into a “potluck” or when you are faced with the prospect of going to a relative’s house who can’t cook their way out of a paper bag. Thankfully, Bravo TV has these needs in mind and they’ve created a new site with former Top Chef contestant Brian Malarkey (Real Housewives of Orange County fans may also remember him from the “Naked Wasted” episode) to teach you some recipes that may not kill you. They’re calling it “Eat Tastefully.”
And to celebrate, they’re letting me host a giveaway, right here on this blog! If you’d like to be entered to win a Top Chef Season 5 DVD and a Top Chef Quickfire cookbook, please leave your name and valid email in the comments! I’ll close the giveaway next week, Friday the 11th.
