Two Disney DVD Reviews - The Little Mermaid and The Nightmare Before Christmas

If you are a Little Mermaid fan, then you have to see “The Little Mermaid – Ariel’s Beginning“.The movie is only available for a limited time and it really is a great story.

In this classic Disney Movie, you get to see how it all started for Ariel, long before she met her Prince. Here’s a brief description:

“Imagine a time long before Ariel met Prince Eric and walked on land – a time when music was banned from the underwater kingdom of Atlantica. Torn between family duty and her love of music, Ariel must make the most difficult choice of her life. With the help of her friends, Sebastian and Flounder, and her six amusing sisters, will the young mermaid be able to restore music, friendship and love to the kingdom?”

The DVD also includes some extra features like deleted scenes, games and activities, music & more and backstage Disney. If you loved The Little Mermaid, you will love this movie too!

Review of “The Nightmare Before Christmas” below.

Walt Disney’s The Nightmare Before Christmas (2-Disc Collector’s Edition + Digital Copy) is better than ever now. It’s been digitally restored and remastered with some state-of-the-art technology and when I popped the DVD in, I could tell the difference!

The DVD is chock full of bonus features and it also includes a digital copy that you can watch on your computer or on the go. My favorite bonus feature was the Behind the Scenes of the making of this movie. There’s also a short film called Vincent that was nice.

They say that Tim Burton’s vision comes to life like never before in this DVD and they were definitely right!
