Here is the promo for Ugly Betty episode 4.08, The Bahamas Triangle.
They fit a lot in here (I think a lot will be going on in this episode anyway).
My absolute favorite part is at the 15 second mark, where Amanda is apparently trying on a swimsuit and shakes her booty for Matt. Can’t imagine why I like that. 
There is a shot of Connor rising up from the water on the beach – I know many of you consider Grant Bowler drool-worthy, so it’s good he gets a beach scene.
I have no idea why they feature Shakira so prominently in the promo; maybe she is more popular than I give her credit for? At the end of the promo, they do give her a line reminiscent of Christian Siriano’s rebuke of Daniel after he said “fierce!” to him. (Betty enthusiastically says “hips don’t lie!”, shaking her hips, and Shakira dryly says, “Don’t do that”).
I love that they had a close-up camera of Betty all the way down the big water slide. I wonder if they had one on Amanda next to her? (I still think they are going to race – winner gets Matt. It’s just a guess, based on how the writers like to handle these rivalries – in season 2 we had the paintball war, and the “tap that” competition, for instance)
This is, I think, going to be a classic episode.
Ugh… way too much Shakira. I like the Amanda shaking her booty part, and Matt’s dazed look. lol Plus a Grant Bowler shirtless wet beach scene. How can you go wrong?
My dream ending for Ugly Betty, which we can all assume will be this season, is as follows.
I want Betty and Henry to end up together. I want the final scene to be of Henry and her kissing at their wedding.
I want Betty and Daniel to become “Editor-In-Chief” after one final attempt from Wilhelmina to sabotage the company. I miss Wilhelmina’s scheming from season 1 and 2. I want the evil from her that we saw in “Giving Up the Ghost” (Season 2 Episode).
In the end I want Wilhelmina and Connor to end up together with their own child, but not before first finding out that Nico had died.
Matt and Amanda belong together, there is SO much more chemistry then what he and Betty have. I think Matt and Amanda is a cute couple.
Claire and Ignacio must end up together. I totally thought they would get together last season when Claire talked to him on her birthday.
There has to be a big shocker episode on the episode right before the finale. We need one full of drama, and a true villian, I would prefer Wilhelmina’s crazy sister come back and create a HUGE fire in MODE framing it on Wilhelmina.
I want Justin to come out as gay, and end up with Randy.
Hilda should have a baby, and be with Archie.
Marc needs to find a true lover, and adopt a baby. He also needs a promotion to creative director.
and LASTLY I want Alexis to return with DJ. I loved Alexis SO much, and perhaps with Eastwick’s cancelation, we can see her again.
NOTE: I don’t necessarily want all these to happen on one or two episodes, I just want this to happen over time throughout the season. Just curious of what people think of my ending, or whether any of it could work out.
This one is gonna be freaking awesome!! Expect for Shakira. Seriously, do they really feel the need to rub her in our faces?
