She is, after all, one of Salma Hayek's best friends, and it has been rumored a number of times over the past three years that Penelope would be making a guest appearance on "Ugly Betty". Not to give in to pessimism, but this could be her last chance. Plus, she has a movie or two to promote (one Pedro Almodovar film, plus the musical "Nine").
