I’m sure Zac Efron’s girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens will be glad to see the tail end of 2009! After several court appearances involving her former manager this year, Vanessa has filed a suit of her own this week against a website.
The suit seeks damages against moejackson.com and its owners for refusing to take down the second batch of racy images of Vanessa that made the rounds online this past August.
Vanessa claims that the pictures were “self-portrait photographs” that were taken in a private residence and were obtained “by unknown methods and posted on the Internet by an unknown person without her knowledge or consent.”
Vanessa is seeking an injunction and monetary damages.
