Vanessa Hudgens Favorite Songs from "Identified"

vanessa-hudgens-identified-01.jpg

Vanessa Hudgens sat down with Entertainment Weekly and discussed some of favorite songs on her upcoming sophomore album “Identified“. Her album is set to be released July 1st. Here’s what she has to say about some of the songs:

Sneakernight: The strange song title sums up the video, as Vanessa and friends just spend the night, hanging out in sneakers.
When I show the video, I was like, ‘I cannot believe I’m wearing sneakers for the first time in a music video!’ It was awesome.

First Bad Habit: Hudgens said this song is “about when you like a hug so much but know he’s a complete a–hole.” Wait, is that a dig at Zac Efron? No, Hudgens assures her fans, the event described above “hasn’t happened to me, but a lot of my friends have gone through so much crap.

Gone with the Wind: And now I’m standing my ground/And who I am/For that I’m proud,” she declares in this ballad. What does that mean, exactly?
I just kind of went for it…. The song basically means: I know a lot more, and that timidness and naïveté is gone with the wind.”

Will you buy Identified when it comes out?

hmmm…she has a good-enough voice (a little too sweet and slightly sqeaky at times) but all her songs are so digitized and tinkered with that it’s a turn-off. But, I’ll listen to them anyways, because she *does* have talent.

Her voice is good enough way better than the talentless idiots who just got a little training from church choir like Britney, Miley, that Tisdale girl and Avril.
She only becomes to high pitched and squeaky when she sings those stupid jingle-like songs from HSM like the whole lot of them and other than her that Grabeel kid is only other one that can actually sing.
