Vanessa Marano to Guest Star on “Dexter”

Vanessa Marano (April Nardini on Gilmore Girls) will be guest starring in the upcoming new season of Showtime’s Dexter, which returns for its fourth season this September.

Vanessa will play the character of Rebecca Simmons in at least two episodes of Dexter. She’s credited as appearing in at least the first and second episodes of the season, which air on September 27, 2009 and October 4, 2009. Given Dexter now lives in a new neighborhood, perhaps Rebecca is one of the neighbor kids? We’ll have to wait and see!
